Hot Stone/Chiropractic by Dr. Kristi Smith:   Initial Session $65.00, Initial + Hot Stone  $75.00 (for basic treatment of 1-2 areas), Consecutive sessions $50.00

Hot Stones are placed over tight muscles to help relax them and increase healing blood flow.  Focused massage is applied to your most troubled muscle groups with the use of the heated stones, as well as deep tissue without stones.  Gentle chiropractic adjustments are applied to your remaining tight joints, which will last longer because of the muscle relaxing & releasing the prior treatments provide.  For more detailed descriptions, please click HERE

Intial visit for yoga/chiropractic body change $125

This option includes all of the $75 hot stone initial visit, without restrictions to the number of regions addressed, extra work on the extremities (arms/legs), and a guaranteed consultation of the doctor with the yoga therapist to discuss and plan your goals for body reformation.

1-Hour Massage by Darcee Neth, LMP:    $75.00 (90 minutes for $110)

Darcee is excellent at discovering which combination of massage, pressure point therapy, and/or chinese cupping masssage will work best for your condition.  At each visit she will be able to help you decide which therapy is the best depending on whether you are treating chronic tension, acute injuries or fatigue.

1-Hour Massage by Cynthia Lewis, LMP: $75.00 (90 minutes for $110)

Massage expresses Cynthia’s core values of caring, holism, the healing nature of touch, and the power of the personal in an increasingly impersonal and alienating world. Specialties: Swedish, deep tissue, injury treatment. She excels at using a deep pressure across the full extent of each muscle, which gives the effect of a comfortable and even flow while delivering a powerful change to the body.

1-Hour Private Yoga Lesson with Karen Lindenberg:     $75.00

A session with Karen will allow you to begin or improve your yoga experiences by directly catering to your skill level and your body’s ability.  During your session, she will be able to help you reach new levels of flexibility and help you correct any improper angles (helping to avoid any injury).  Karen has years of experience in teaching group, private and corporate yoga classes and we are thrilled to have her at Flourish.  To learn more about Karen, visit her Phyzz Yoga website HERE.
